2004 is300 cd changer not working

Hi All, new to this. Recently bought this car and when I tried a CD on 6-cd changer, got error 3. Read some threads suggesting to disconnect battery to hopefully re-set it. Now CD player not working at all. Any suggestions?

Don't think there's a CD changer on 3rd gen IS, but welcome to Club Lexus!
