Default Changing out the headrest

I'm currently on a shopping binge, getting a crap load of stuff to put on my IS350 all at once. One thing I saw that could use a nice upgrade is the headrest (or the whole seat to be exact, which I will look more into once the RCF is released...) it is just.... there. xpandabl3 has those nice looking aimgain pillows which look cool, but I was thinking a bit more OEM.

Sewell has a great looking option.... ISF headrests.

Looks nice, but $680! EACH! For JUST the headrest sounds pretty crazy. Now I'm scared thinking about how much the RCF seats will be...

Either way, anyone else looking into doing this? If so, what options are you considering?
