We are actually looking into both. We make everything out of Urethane so we wanted to see what 3IS owner's reaction would be to Urethane options.

Should definitely create another slightly less aggressive version of this lip. Those sides that stick out look a bit tacky imo... It's cool to see this on a track car, but for most people, including myself, this is too much. I would like a CF lip that makes the car look lower while still appear like a factory addon piece. Maybe without all the extra pieces that screw onto the main lip it would be the exact thing I'm talking about? Waiting for more pics...

How is the instillation ? Do you need to remove the whole front bumper in order to install the lip ?

I understand some like the CF look, but urethane is far more practical. Especially with so many vinyl carbon fiber wraps. You can get the look for half the price now a days. Plus, those that don't like the CF look, don't have to pay the CF price. I for instance, love the Seibon Trunk Spoiler, but it makes no sense buying it in CF only to wrap it or paint it hiding the CF characteristics. We definitely need some more kit options here in the states, and not in CF.
