Default 20" Stance SC-5IVE Wheels // Fitment?

Hi again,

I'm looking to pull the trigger on Stance wheels SC-5IVE Matte Black Machined.
http://www.stancewheels.com/wheels/s...black-machined

I am planning on going 20x9 Front with 20x10 in the rear. Any recommendations on tire size? The distributor suggested 245/30/20 and 275/30/20. The rear size suggestion seemed very wide to me, although I don't want to stretch the tire too much. I wanted to get your opinions on that.

The car is not dropped yet, and was planning to get the wheels on there first and then make a decision on how low I really want to go. I do want to stay conservative on the drop. My thought is RS*R Half Downs.

Thanks for your input in advance!

I am no expert, but I can tell you of my experience. my rims are the exact size as yours and i was a little leary on tire size, but after lots of research i went with 225/30/20 front and 255/30/20 in the rear, lowered on RS*R down springs, and no rubbing at all. Even under spirited driving and cornering. I've only had 2 passengers in my car and even then no rubbing. The stretch is slight and doesn't look bad at all. I think a little stretch will go a long way for comfort and convenience. Just my opinion.

Yeah, actually your setup is what made me think twice about the tire sizes. Thanks man.
