No. While I'm driving, car up to temp, I put the car into manual mode and it will not shift with either the paddles or the shifter ****. The cluster shows M and whatever gear it is currently in, but will not respond to shifting. No feedback whatsoever. No check engine light, horn and cruise both work.

Wow. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a while and then trying again? Seems like this could be an electronics issue.
If it's still under warranty, if I were you, I'd be at the dealership as soon as I could.
Yeah I had the battery off overnight and no go on the warranty. It's a 14'. Just bought it and got hosed by the "dealership" I bought it from. Trans was just the tip of the iceberg with undisclosed issues.

Appreciate it. It was my own fault, I trusted they were going to be honest. Gone are the days. Appreciate your time though. My issue has to be something simple. Always is. 5k scan tool gave the tranny a clean bill of health so I guess checking fuses and relays is next. 🤷♂️

Does the tranny shift normally in auto mode?
Does it shift from the "gear shift" lever itself?
I am wondering if the tranny got reflashed with some "tuned" firmware.
It shifts perfect in drive. Won't shift w ****. I reset the trans ECU yesterday.
If I recall correctly, someone here (a long time ago - maybe even @Sasnuke ) mentioned that paddle shifters and the gear shift **** produce the same event in the system regardless of where it is originated from - paddle click or gear shift **** movement (in M). Since both are not working, the issue is clearly not in some switch failing. For some reason something is precluding those gear shift events from being generated... or "heard".
Do you have any devices plugged into OBD2 port? some custom wiring maybe?
No sir. Car is bone stock. The two plugs are plugged into the shifter assembly as they should be also.
I know that some people rewire those because the gear lever shifts backwards from the ideal "downshift forward, upshift - backward" pattern. I am curious if this might have been done on your car.
Also, what happens if you leave it in D while driving and attempt to shift the gear (either by the paddles or by gear shift ****)?
Absolutely nothing. The paddles and the shifter are completely dead. Almost like they're not hooked up. No codes came up for the tranny either. I appreciate the help regardless.

Awesome thank you! I have something to at least start with now. I appreciate the help very very much. Everything works as it should just not the eshift. And occasionally the sunroof. 🙄. Def got hosed from the dealer. Thanks again!
It was a couple of posts down. He was not even moving when he was expecting the paddle shifters to shift through gears. You need to be driving at 15 - 20 mph or over to shift out of 1st gear shifting up.
