Default Good Guy Injen

Bought an Injen intake online from third party. After I installed the part and the car wouldn't start. I noticed the MAFS mount was welded on upside down. I called Injen directly and they sent out a new tube that day and paid for shipping both ways! I installed the new part and the IS350 is purring!

Just a good random occurance, thought I'd share. Customer service is rarely that good.

Sounds like a legit company, for sure. I doubt others would go to this extent. Post some pics of the intake!

That's a huge for Injen. They don't want to lose their customers so they will try their hardest to make sure everything works for you. When I bought my GReddy intake (originally made for the 2IS) for my 3IS, I had to run out late at night to PepBoys to get a rubber hose because the one from the stock intake wasn't tight enough. Glad to hear yours is working fine and post some pics please!!
