75 MPH and hitting a pot hole, you only get a minor bend. That kind of damage can shatter and break some aftermarket cheap wheels easily and even bend some high end forged multi-pieces wheel that costs arm and legs.

I'm amazed by the strength of the OEM wheels. Lexus uses some good strong wheels.

How much did you pay for the wheel? Did you use your CL discount?

Yes, and that's why those wheels weigh 28 lb each

This is not entirely the reason why OEM wheels are strong. There are also some heavy but soft wheels out there that bend and crack easily.

If you're in the Houston area, I hear Sabs does a good job.

Located in East Texas sadly. Would be a bit of a drive to get to Houston for me.

The car take right because small damage to left!!! so I know the rim is problem. Buy new is better always

The new wheel should get to you fast since Sewell is based out of Texas (I believe).

Getting a new rim is always the best solution. You can now make a nice garage ornament out of the old one.
