Adjusting Headlights without removing hood covers
Just replaced HIDs with HIDPH's 5000Ks
i find that the factory angle for the headlights are a bit too low, and would like to adjust them to point a bit further onto the road.
i noticed that after opening the trunk, there are plastic side covers on both sides of the trunk
on those side covers, I see a whole that seem to indicate HID adjustment
if you look inside the hole, you would see a gear on its side that can be turned by inserting a philips head screwdriver and turning the screw driver
has anyone tried adjusting their lights this way?
i know there's another thread about adjusting headlights, but they seem to have removed the plastic cover?
and does anyone know why there is indication for R L and U D?
i only see one gear to adjust, not sure if that one is for Right Left or Up Down
Thanks!
