Red NuLuxe Interior: How well does it hold up?
I'm deciding between the Red or Black NuLuxe interior for a IS F-sport, and wanted to see what kind of experiences people have had with the Red colored "leather" seats? Mainly, does the Red color come off on clothes/towels? Or do dark colored blue jeans stain or discolor the seats? I've seen light colored leather seats that have darkened marks from areas that have been constantly rubbed by jeans (example), which is not a problem with Black leather, but I'm not sure if Red would have the same issue over time. And just in general, how has the material/color held up with use? Thanks.

No difference with red vs. the other colors. All pick up the same amount of staining. It's simply a matter of not being able to see it on the darker colors. Personally, I rather see the stains, so I know the extra layer of grime is there and can clean it. With black, it just keeps building, and you end up sitting on dirty chairs w/o knowing.

The pursuit of F
Having had a CT for 2.5 years prior to the IS, I can confirm Nuluxe is very durable. On the CT, not a single wrinkle on the seat especially the vulnerable side thigh support section. Leather seats on my RX, has some wrinkles. CT seats looked brand new when I traded it in and it's the same with the IS. As for cleanup/staining, never had to clean them up except for an occasional moist towel wipedown.
I agree with 4TehNguyen that the color is embedded all the way through into the material making it impermeable to color transfer to or from so buy the interior color you like.

those are some sensitive jeans if the color is rubbing off that easily.. i would check your other clothes which you've washed with those jeans and see how they've turned out.
