you have to remove the wheel and pop them out from behind and reinsert the new ones.

Are your F-Sport Wheel Center caps the usual 62mm (a shade less than 2.5")? I had my 18" IS-C F-Sport dark grey wheels powder coated BMW Silver and think these grey caps would look awesome on them! They sure seem like they will fit! And since my car is White I think the white logo is a double win!
