I also have the silver but mine is with black interior because the red interior was almost impossible to find. I absolutely love the way the car looks with the silver paint!

I have the Silver Lining Met as well and I think the F Sport wheels look beautiful with tinted windows. I've been seeing a handful of Obsidian, Nebula Grey, and Ultra White F Sports on the road in LA/Orange County. I like being the minority.

Funny, because silver was my first choice my first time around when looking at getting an IS and I ended up getting black because the silver nor white was available. This time I had the option between choosing between the silver w/ red and white w/ red and I choose the silver.
I have a little regret for not choosing white because I've like the whole tuxedo look with a white car. I.E. 15% tints, blacked out mods, etc.
But I think white is at the same time feminine and couldn't see myself rocking a white car with a red interior. I had a 135i convertible for a month as a loaner when by bmw was continuously in the shop, and it was white w/ red and everyone and myself laughed at the girlyness.
It seems like the number of white ISes on the street are pretty high. Interesting that I haven't really seen many silvers, even though I'd definitely say that silver was prob the most popular color on 1st and 2nd gen ISes.
