Bottom taillights light up?

Bottom taillights light up?
Do the reflectors on the back towards the bottom near the exhaust pipes light up when the headlights are on?

thats why you change it out to aimgain diffuser.
clean and sexy (at least from the pics) - hope the carbon one looks nice
