Remote car starter

Anyone know if there is an after market remote starter available for the 3is without burying a Fob? My dealership says nothing is available yet until one of these companies crack the lexus security codes.

looks like you need someone with the Techstream software to do this

Don't forget if you have Navigation the remote start is not compatible.

Thanks for your reply but I'm not interested in a lexus remote start, I am looking for an after market remote start with a good range.

Remote starter

I have the viper smart start in my wifes 2010 RX 350 w/ navi.
Very cool can startvthe car w/ a smart phone.

does it continue running when you get in to drive the vehicle? or does it stop the engine to be restarted?

Remote starter

The RX shuts down as soon as the door is open. I had the same system in my G37x and the car stayed running as long as the doors were locked lwhen the car was started (remotely).
