Thoughts On This Deal??
2014 IS 350 RWD F SPORT +Navi +Blind Spot
MSRP $47,008
Deal is:
$399.84 per month
27 month lease
12,000 miles per year
$4,450 total out of pocket ($3,600 in MSDS) + $850 which includes first month payment
Obviously I understand all the details are not here but I am just wondering if anyone has any initial thoughts looking at this deal? Also I know that Lexus Financial will allow you to extend a 27month lease to 33month lease using the same monthly payment. Basically it would be silly to opt for anything but a 27 month lease imo. Thanks much for your input!

It doesn't look like a particularly good deal. Most people don't put anything down up front (except first payment), so your lower payments are just a result of putting a hefty down payment. You know you have a good deal when you negotiate the best possible price and have a low money factor.

The down payment seems pretty high for IS lease. I normally put down $1-2k really just to offset the difference of the cars im trading out of because of early lease termination.
But if you factor in your down payment + monthly payments for the 27 months. Its like paying $566 a month for a IS350 F-Sport. That seems a little steep. I would say if you can get the down payment to the $3k range with a $399 payment that would be a hell of deal.
