READY Indicator on dash?
Anyone notice the "READY" indicator that's on the dash of the 2014 350 f-sport or know when it illuminates (it's just below the right turn signal)? I checked the manual and it's nowhere to be found.
Typically that is used on Toyota/Lexus Hybrid vehicles. It indicates the vehicle is ON and ready to be driven. It is off when the vehicle is turned off. Since the engine doesn't run at start on a Hybrid, it's a safety indicator so that you know the state of the vehicle.
Probably making way to use the cluster in a Hybrid at a later date instead of having to develop a different part.

The ready light is always on in my IS 300hybrid when it is turned on, even if the engine is running.
I belive they made the light, so you know that you can still drive when the enigne shuts off.
Otherwise it would be a bit tricky to know the difference between when only the ignition is on, and when the car is ready to drive.
