Would these wheels work for IS350 F Sport RWD?
I'm thinking of getting these wheels for winter tires. Will they work? It looks like offset is slightly different than the factory rims but looks just like them.

Or I could keep the factory wheels for winter and get these for summer. Do these work in IS350 RWD? Offsets are different then factory. What does offset mean? If I go with the factory F Sport wheels for winter I'm thinking of going with 225/40/18 in the front & 245/40/18 in the back. Do you see any issues with this setup? Someone please help!

The pursuit of F
The offset is how far off the hub face of the wheel is from the center axis of the wheel. You're fine with either the 18s or 19s since the 8 inch width wheels have only a 2mm less offset than the same width stock ones at 40mm. It's the lugs and centre hub/bore you need to be exact for fitment and vibration free ride.
Go for the 19s and the winters sized like you said on the stock 18s. It will work and look great.

The 18" ones will fit just fine.
The 19" ones will probably fit.
They are wider, but the offset is lower, so most of the width is moved outwards. Meaning that they will give the car a wider stance. The rear fitment will probably work just fine. The front is a bit trickier, but as long as you don't lower the car it will also prabbaly fit.
You can search the different vossen treads in here to see how wide wheeels people have fitted. And what offset they have used.
One thing I don't like about the wheels you have selected is that the pictures of them makes the paint on them look extremely dull. Almost matte.
Hopefully they shine a bit more in real life.
Try using a rim calculator like this: http://www.willtheyfit.com/
It will show you the difference between the different wheels.
Remember that not all rims can take the tpms sensors..

So you think the front wheels may stick out beyond the wheel well? I was just thinking of getting larger wheels for summer since I have to have second wheels for winter anyway but I don't want to cause any issues with the car. i really wish I knew these will fit nicely on the car before purchasing.

Anyone? Need some confirmation before I order if the 19" below would work without any issues.

Considering that people have fitted even wider wheels on their 3IS, these will probably fit your car just fine.
If you have any issue, it will be on the inside, not the outside.
I would buy the 19" wheels with the 38 and 45 offset, as the other ones might rub on something on the innside.
But the rims are only a few millimeteres wider on the innside, so if you can fit a finger between the stock wheel and the shocks, the 19" will fit.
Try searching the 2IS forum. If someone there has fitted them to an 2IS, they will fit the 3IS.
