Thanks bro, i definitely feel more assured to know that the clicking and stuff is related to the battery. I guess perhaps the voltage is too low making the electronic crazy. I know I've read about the battery issue, but just wasn't expecting all the weirdness.
Just got an update that they can't find anything wrong with the car, that the problem cannot be reproduced. They are going to keep it over night and return the car tomorrow of still not reproducible. They will not replace my battery unless their test result shows that i have a defective battery.
That's odd. You had the car towed to the dealership (because it couldn't start), and they said they couldn't replicate the problem?! The friggin' car won't start! Did it magically work once it got to the dealer?

Actually it didn't get towed, AAA came and was able to jump the car so i drove to the dealership.
Another update, i called Lexus corporate and opened a case, i then told the dealer about the case. As a result, the dealer went ahead and replaced the battery. I gotta say even if battery is not the problem, this at least will give me a piece of mind. Just kind of wish they offered to replace the battery to begin with. I'm getting the car back tomorrow.
Anyone have updates regarding the ECU replacements to resolve these battery drain issues?
I have a '14 IS250 Fsport and battery was completely drained 3 times in separate occasions. Noticed that every time it happened, we had gone back to the car to get something after the car has been shutoff and locked.
No lights were left on all 3 times, and doors were unlocked and locked afterwards. Then the following day or 2, battery completely drained and had to jumper to start. Battery tested fine at the dealer and they have no clue what's causing this. I suspect this is related to ECU as others had mentioned. Hope to see TSB or recall soon.
So, your car is working now but is not clear what went wrong?
I'm getting the car back today with a new battery, unfortunately they are unable to reproduce the problem, as i suspect there might be a battery drain problem. Corporate is telling me that next time this happens, i should not let AAA jump my car, but to just let them tow the car. To be honest, i don't see any difference, without a TSB on this problem, they can easily claim nothing is wrong based on their tests. As a customer i feel nothing but screwed.
