It's a 16gb Class 4 card.

I have a 16gb class 10 card on hand. I'll mess with it tomorrow and see how it goes.

Looks like there is some type of protection on the Lexus micro SD card. My computer cannot detect it.

Can you just copy it and use the copy from the new SD card?

Ok. I thought you said "delete". LOL! I was wondering why you were trying to delete it.

Make sure you ask for the firmware update not the navigation (map) update. 2 different things!

Give them this TSIB # L-SB-0073-13. But ask for the latest firmware. Ending in 8500.

So i told my dealership. Service and parts department on the FIRMWARE update and none of them knew what i was talking about. Is there a "common" name for it so theyll actully understand what im saying. I gave the service lady the TSIB number, but she sounded like she didnt know what TSIB meant lol. They still scheduled me for an update, idk why sinde they dont know what im talkig about.

Not sure. There is no wau for us to copy the original. Unless u can somehow extract it.

But this is definitely not normal. My loaner navi on the ct hybrid scrolls smoother than the one on my car.
