At the end of the day though, the haters are gonna hate. Theres not going to be anything you can to do convince someone like that that their assumptions are wrong. You just have to let them be ignorant and not let it bother you. If validation from others is a strong motivator, you should get a BMW.

 

LOL I agree with my brother (we are brothers for real), most of the time these idiots say stupidity like this to get you mad because they are simply jealous of your 3IS.

Like others have said, just go with your "friend" and take him for a quick ride... and when I say quick, I mean fasten your seatbelts and show what the IS can do. Down side, you might have to clean the passenger seat after the event...
