Default Difference in LED kits

Don't know much about the LED kits but I noticed that Sewell has an available LED light kit. Does anyone know how this one would compare to other kits such as HID Powerhouse as far as cost, quality, etc? There were so many different light intensity options on the HID Powerhousekits, I didn't know how to choose.

Does anyone recommend any other brands? Any difference in quality? I'm assuming that the Lexus LEDS may be better in quality. Lexus only offers one level of brightness, how does this compare to the multiple levels of brightness with HIDPowerhouse? How did others choose level of brightness.
