Those wondering this was first done on a 2013 GS350.....
The front "L" bracket holder is directly off the current GX460 .. You will also need the front "L" emblem in regular or black chrome to execute this look..
Personally, I love this classic 3D look ... I dis-like these newer emblems encased in the resin plastic...

No More Chrome, all black everything on my GS350 FSport
Sorry it has taken me a while to post more details on this but here are the parts for the front emblem off the 2011GX460 that I used:
9018306044 = nut spring ($0.61 each); you need two of them.
5314260011 = Base, Radiator Grille Emblem ($25.61)
9097502083 = Emblem, Radiator Grille (or Front Panel) ($37.05)
Use this so you get the right emblems:
Use this so you know what Nuts to get:
Enjoy!
