I'm looking for a new set of wheels does anyone know if the following offset will be fine ?

Which tires ? I will get Coilovers or springs whatever gets released first , I will be flush but not slammed .

Those offsets are crazy low for the IS. It will most likely require fender modification and camber adjustments to run such low offsets. The factory wheel offers are usually around 40-50mm. So just imagine those wheels being wider and add another 35mm on top of that....well you get the idea

Still mildly aggressive setup for the rear. But can work with the right drop and camber adjustments maybe.

I might have to do a lot of fender work but I think it will look bad a** . I know these wheels are cheap but I will give them a try anyways , I will get some nice branded tires . Honestly these wheels are going to get all banged up by my wife she can't drive . Every time I let her drive my car there is a 99% chance she will hit a pothole .

It's kind of hard to figure out which tire size without lowering the car to the height of my liking .

I think these mounted on my ultra white will look sick .

You will for sure need to do fender work, however that is a very aggressive fitment.
