where did you get this TRD rear bumper? I found it on the TopEnd website but is it a diffuser or rear bumper? I’ve been wanting it for my 3is

2018 Lexus IS300
My first purchase as a College Graduate! I am in love with my new (to me) Lexus. Color is Caviar and I just loves these wheels, I only wish they were 19”. Coming from a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. Any mod recommendations, really looking to bump up the power. I am also curious if I can install the f sport grille without changing the whole bumper?
