Updated the original post with the one's that I knew. As for OTD price, it's going to be variable depending on location. But in California, you can get a rough estimate by multiplying the agreed upon price by 1.1, then subtracting any rebates & discount certificate amounts. That should get you pretty close to the OTD price.

The price for the UW/Black is much higher which is $389.00 because it's a popular color combo
