I was told it is 55% for the 2018 is350awd but I want to see what others have? It's a bit low because the residual on my 2015 is350awd fsport was at 65% back in March of 2015.
You need to provide more information, for example, how many months is the lease and how many miles are allowed. You can’t figure out the residual without those. If you want an answer ask the question on the Edmunds lease message board. The residual, money factor, incentives, etc. change every month and no one on the message board has asked the question yet for February so you should go ahead and post your question there.

Just bought a 2014 IS350 non-F. Atomic Silver with 41000 miles. One owner car with clean carfax. Perfect condition, just needed tires. Paid $25,200 + $595 processing. Book value is over 30k so felt like a deal.

I just checked in with my former dealership to see how good the March incentives are for leases.

The leases in general are terrible, with a '18 $50k IS350 being $70 more per month than my '15.

There hasn't been much activity here in a month so I figured I'd ask what prices people have been getting lately on the IS's.

2015 IS350 F Sport
47,000 miles
Ultra White exterior/Black interior
1 owner, Clean Carfax
Paid $28,500 OTD

Absolutely in love with it so far. Only issue i've been having is trouble with bluetooth/USB for music as it occasionally drops the connection.

what's wrong with telling people who much you got the car? it's not going to kill you in any way.

I agree - people don't have to answer if they don't want to. Here's the thing - if you say "I got a car with this trim level, these options, etc", then someone would be able to figure out MSRP pretty easily. So what's the harm in saying what you paid? That's pretty much the point of this thread after all.

Man, after reading all those posts with these great OTD prices.....and I am thinking just how are you guys pulling this off? Is Trump's "Art of the Deal" part of your library collection or something? I went around 6 dealers and not a single one was willing to drop the price more than a 1000 from MSRP. I am trying to get 47k OTD for 18' IS 350 FSPORT w/comfort pkg/ML/intuitive park......

Hello,

What is my chance of finding a car like this:

2015 (or later) IS 350 AWD silver exterior less than 50K miles in excellent accident free condition for $27K? Thanks!

Yes I have to agree as well, no different than true car. I believe it will help others in negotiating a better deal for themselves when going out to buy one. If you have an idea of what many dealerships discount, then you can have somewhat an upper hand. Who knows, through DM with somebody on the forums, you may even be able to score some extras from shopping the same dealerships/salesperson as another here. Just sayin.
