Ok. I did a 4 year 15k mile/yr lease and was 8k upside down on my ctsv. Msrp was 51k for 2k15 is350 fsport pearl white with red interior, Mark levinson, rear spoiler, wheel locks, blah blah. I went through Costco and got below dealer invoice (46k) plus $750 incentive and lexus made my first payment. I pay $757/month.
Just happy to be out of my lemon of a ctsv

Not sure If you put any money up front, but based on your payment and mileage, you're at 60.5 cents per mile which is not much out of line with what folks with no negative equity have been paying for their leases lately.
If you stick with this vehicle and take good care of it you might even have some trade equity at the end of the lease.

Wow - sounds like a wild time in that showroom.
I was just hoping you could share the details like selling price, residual, and money factor. The numbers you stated in your original post come out to just shy of 71 cents per mile. Using that per mile figure equates to $591 a month for folks here getting 10k mile leases. Most of the folks reporting their 350 f-sport leases here are in the mid 400s or a little more with not much due at signing. Also, as far as I know, the college grad rebate is $1k.
Anyway, congrats and enjoy your new IS.

Just to clarify - your 449 deal looks like a pretty good deal. If we had the actual selling price, we'd know for sure. Where are you in CA? Here in SoCal we have numerous Lexus dealers which creates lots of competition and helps greatly in the negotiation process. That 583 dealer does not sound like they want to seriously compete for your business.
BTW: im in southern california.

Congrats on your new IS - I'm sure you'll have a better experience than with the car you traded in.

That seems like a pretty decent deal - 5300 off msrp. Make sure they are giving you the $500 incentive that Lexus has on the IS right now - that's another 15 bucks a month.

I pay $363 and get 12k miles per year. I'm in the Bay Area and leased at Putnam.
What prices did NorCal dealers give you?
What prices did NorCal dealers give you?
2015 IS350 - F Sport, Premium, FSport premium exhaust, trunk spoiler (lip), WHITE on RED interior
51k sticker
Lease through a broker in Los Angeles
24 months
2k down (including taxes)
7,500 Miles per year
$360/month
Shipped to NorCal (I live up here now) - $XXX - Closed Container - I can't disclose this because it was a hook up but assume this is about $700 for a closed container, around $400 for an open one.
No one will believe me but you can say living in LA for 25 years gets you the right hook ups.
If you purchase/lease a car by going to a dealer first and you live in LA, you are horribly getting ripped off. Take advantage that we have brokers. You just go to them and negotiate a deal, they take you to the dealer and you fill out paper work together. Keep in mind you might get played around a bit by the dealer but it's ok just negotiate it! Northern California doesn't have brokers so I would say it's 100% worth it to fly down to LA and handle that here. You'll laugh when you here what deals NorCal gave me. Unreal prices (too high)

Find out the actual selling price and money factor - I think the residual for 36/10k is 64% - see if you can confirm that. There is also $500 lease cash through 6/30. If these are numbers they gave over the phone, I think you might be able to squeeze some more out of them. If you are in SoCal or NorCal, you could get other dealers involved to heat up the competition.
but if i can remember correctly otd price was 44563 or around there? im in so cal.... jim faulk wont even try to get me the color combo i want, haven't heard back from longo lexus, crown lexus is same price...

40.4 cents a mile for a $50k car - hard to beat that!
Congrats on the new IS and welcome to the forum!
