Welcome! Do you have any photos of your new IS? That'd be a start...

2002
Hello to all. Newbie form Toronto Canada here. Just got a 2016 IS 300 AWD Sport in ultra white with roja red interior. I got rid of my 2002 IS 300 5spd with almost 300,000kms on it. Car was pretty bulletproof, but the time for change had come. Hopefully they still make em like they used to. Plan on keeping this one for a while. So far so good. Im just a bit concerned with the fuel range. Filled up for the first time and the range is showing 382km. I've read up that some people are getting well over 400-450. Not sure how accurate this is. I used to get about 440-450 on my 2002 using non premium gas half of the time. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I have an IS 300 AWD, and I typically get somewhere around 290 miles per tank (which is 466 km). I have a pretty easy commute though, with no stop-and-go traffic. I also might mention, the new IS requires 91 octane gas. Technically it will run on 87, but the owner's manual said engine damage is possible. So my advice would be to exclusively use 91.

Congrats on the beautiful new car.

I'm in agreement. First off, love the color combo. But I just got my car not too long ago and I'm seeing about the same range! I have a good mix of city and highway driving, but I also don't drive very aggressively. When I was cross shopping between this and a few other cars, I didn't take into consideration the fuel consumption (everything had an inline 4 or inline 4 turbo that I automatically assumed this got the same amount). So when I saw the tank would only go 294 miles the first time I filled her, I gasped. That's the trade off I guess!

Hello, New(er) member here. Just purchased my first Lexus a couple weeks ago.
2016 IS 350 F-Sport AWD
Ultrasonic Blue
Black Interior
Options: Nav, Dynamic Cruise, Heated Steering Wheel
I had to have a USB/Black Interior with Dynamic Cruise. I wanted the ML, but for what I purchased this for, I wasn't complaining. (Especially after 5 months of searching)
So far no major build plans. First thing will be Xpel PPF, and once I wear these cheapo tires out (anyone ever hear of Presa?), I'm gonna put in the RC-F LCA bushings.

Older OEM with Michelin X-Ice Winter Shoes

Default New IS owner in SoFlo

Well, I've been a truck owner all my life, but a very recent life change has forced me to cut costs, so I traded my Tundra TRD Pro in for a 2015 IS350 F Sport. I'm always looking at forums to learn about my vehicle, so I look forward to hanging around here and doing lots of reading.

Default 2016 is350

Just purchased a 2016 White IS350 F-sport with 25k miles. I've wanted a fully loaded IS350 F-sport since the 2IS, and instantly fell in love and was obsessed with the 3IS once it released (lmfao been considering this purchase since 2014 http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89201)

My first love (2008 Black Sand Pearl Tacoma SR5):

Default New IS 300 Owner

Hey guys and gals! I'm a first time Lexus owner. I just purchased a 2016 model. Color is Atomic Silver. I call her Champagne Dream. This model has been my dream car and I'm still a bit stunned to have her. Cheers!
