Default Nav Screen restart loop

I’m experiencing an issue with the navigation system on my 2014 Lexus IS250. Yesterday, everything was working fine, but the radio suddenly crashed. Now, after the initial Lexus logo boot-up, the system gets stuck on the “Continue” screen. The joystick will not select the “Continue” option, and the system enters a constant restart loop. It stays on the Continue screen for about one minute, then shuts down and boots back up again. No issues with backup camera

I also noticed today that the air conditioning is no longer blowing cold air. This may be an isolated issue, but I find it odd that both problems started at the same time. The AC controls respond normally, but there is no airflow coming from the vents.

I scanned for error codes and found the following:
  • Navigation system: B15D0, B12D3
  • AC system: B1453, B1455
Based on what I’ve found, these codes point to a potential issue with the MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport)

I performed a navigation system reset by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to allow the system to reinitialize, but the issue persists. I also attempted to access the navigation diagnostic menu, but was unsuccessful.

I inspected the amplifier and found no signs of water damage or corrosion. I also tested the radio with the amplifier unplugged, but the system behaved the same way.

Replace radio? Amp?
Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks
