Default Power loss issues

Need some urgent advice guys, hope someone can help.

I have been experiencing some strange random power loss issues with my 2017 IS350 with 150k miles. The problem is very intermittent that taking it to the mechanic doesnt seem like they will be able to replicate the issue.

I've not had any issues with the car until now and owned it from new. When i've been driving for a while and the car warms up, on random occasions the car then becomes hesitant during acceleration. I put my foot down and the car tries to pickup then hesitates and then all of a sudden picks up,

I have been having this issue since past year since I put a fuel injector cleaner . Since then I went to a specialist who put new OEM spark plugs, cleaned my injectors thru a machine and all injectors works fine. Replaced my Maf sensor, PCV valve, EVAP system, fuel filter, fuel pump air filter, cleant throttle body and all of it. After that problem went away for a week then again I could feel it randomly. Then again went away for a long time until last week it kept happening continuously till I drove back home. It did not change on sports mode and manual mode too. There is no check engine light yet or any codes. So, i let the car sit and went for a drive after a while and it was ok again, so it only seems to happen when the car has fully warmed up. And not always, So far from the pattern it does seem like it happens when the car has fully warmed up. But I read my fuel trims live and my LTFT bank 1 is -12.5% and bank 2 is -7.5 it randomly goes up and down when this issue occurs. It still is the same when car feels normal.

Would really appreciate some advice and suggestions on this.
