Default Slight engine knock? '17 IS 200t

Hey all, hope you are doing well. I have a 2017 IS 200t with ~63k miles, and as of late, I have heard a weird knocking sound. Sounds like it's coming from the passenger side and occurs occasionally while in Drive and Reverse (not Neutral or Park). Again, the noise is infrequent, so hard to pinpoint where it's coming from. At first, it sounded like plastic hitting on the car, but no luck. Took it to a mechanic, scanned it, and nothing out of the ordinary. He said the engine looked like it was vibrating a tiny bit more than usual, but nothing to be concerned about. The heat shields and other components looked normal as well. I can't tell if the noise is happening during driving because of my exhaust, unfortunately.

Some background about the car: second owner, purchased it 4 years ago with ~32k miles. Regular oil changes and maintenance, filled with premium always. The car has an axleback exhaust, spark plugs done at about 60k miles (noise was happening beforehand); otherwise, no outstanding repairs.

I wonder if anyone has experienced this issue, and if so, what you have done about it. I attached a video in which you can hear the noise. Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Mine does the same thing, its a 18' with 78k miles. I was thinking it may be the engine mount on the passenger side, and i only hear it when the car is idling in gear. If its in neutral or park the noise isn't present.

Exact same scenario on my end in terms of only hearing it while in gear and idle.

Have you had it checked out? Done anything to mitigate?
