"Quality" Tire Replacement Shops
First, the dealership will install tires bought online, I’ve done it here for over 10 years.
Second, you don’t have to worry about the warranty if purchased through TireRack or DiscountTire. (DT owns TR now.) If the tire is damaged and a replacement is needed, you’ll go through their easy-peasy online warranty wizard. If the tire doesn’t need to be replaced, then you’ll need to take it DT directly. (Even if Lexus installed it.)

My experience is I had one dealership agree to program the OEM key fob but REFUSED to cut the OEM key because neither were purchased from their dealership but they were making an exception to program the fob. I purchased both fob and key from Bell Lexus (because they were on sale), DID NOT open them and left both in the original packaging. They still refused, but if I purchased from their parts dept, they would. I NO LONGER go to that dealership.
I know these were not tires, but I suspect they'd do the same if I brought outside tires in.
The dealership I go to is willing to install OEM parts bought from another dealership but say they can't warranty the parts as they weren't purchased from their dealership and I'm okay with that as you mentioned, they are covered from where they're purchased from.
