Default New Lexus owner

First time Lexus owner here. 2016 IS 300 F sport. I’ve only had it two days and absolutely love it. Wanted to ask, are there any “secrets” to this car that would be good to know? As in, “you can set X to do y” or “it has such-and-such mode if you do such-and-such.”

Also, fwiw, my car came with aftermarket rims. XXRs (the knock off BBS) and I hate the center cap, but haven’t seen any black Lexus center caps that match the odd dimensions. If anyone knows anything or has a tip, that’d be tré cool.

Congrats on the new ride! You'll want to change, if it hasn't been done already, the lower control arm bushings to help prevent the inner tire wear on the fronts. There is a sticky at the top of the forum with tons of detail.

If you don't know if it has remote start, try pushing the lock button on the key fob 3 times. The first two times slowly, then hold the 3rd one for a while. If it starts..... awesome.

Good looking car, congrats again.

I don’t believe the bushings have been done. At least it wasn’t listed on the service history. As for remote start, I’ve tried and it doesn’t seem to be active. I’ve heard two conflicting things about that: One says you can go to the dealership and they can essentially unlock that feature for free following the demise of the Enform app, the other says that remote start is now not possible because the app is gone. Do you know which is true?

note: I’ve been having far too much fun with this car.
