I can only find 03-06 is350 ohlins suspention nothing on the 14-20 gen is350 is it the same part number potentially would these coilovers work?

No different setup, they don't have one for the current gen is350.

What are 3 of the best Coilovers money can buy for 3IS, looking for something better then my silvers in terms of ride comfort.

 

For 3IS, RR is probably the best you can get in terms of ride quality and build. I would put RSR up there, and BC being the 3rd of the group.
