The IS is on the last-gen Lexus Enform infotainment. The ES is the newer Lexus Interface Multimedia System as seen in the newest Toyota models and cars like the NX, RX, and LX.
There are myriad differences. The IS's system is more old-school. For me, the biggest difference is the ability to sign in to an account to load personalizations in the ES. You can't do that in an IS.
What's your goal with this thread? Are you shopping??

I am. I am leaning towards the IS once the 2025 model has been announced for ordering, but keeping an open mind.
I like how the IS is more sporty, but the ES is more comfortable. But I didn't realize there were differences in the infotainment as well, including screen size?
On higher-end versions of the IS, you get a 10.3-inch screen, which I think it pretty well-sized for the car. It's clear and easy to tap where I want on the screen.
Honestly, for me, the driving experience is more important than the screen. If you don't like the drive, the infotainment doesn't matter a lot.
The ES has wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well, but the IS does not. You have to plug it in.
Here is a photo of the ES with the smaller screen. I had one as a loaner recently.
And here is a glamour shot of the IS's dash showing how big the screen is. It is further away from the dash, obviously... but you get the idea, hopefully.

If you really want a big screen, maybe the RX?
The IS screen looks like it filled out all the way, rather than the ES that's only filling about half?
Do they have an after market plug in for the IS to make it wireless capable?
