Default Spark plugs change and fuel injector cleaning

Hey everyone ! My third set of new spark plugs were replaced with new OEM Denso FK20HBR11

yesterday and also I got my injectors cleaned by a ultrasonic injector cleaning machine and also cleaned my catalytic converter with a chemical which they put through a vacume hose form the engine all were done yesterday for my IS350 f sport 2017 which clocks at 130k miles. It was to my surprise that all my spark plugs tips were burned off at only 30k miles since I last changed and performed the same service which was last year in May . Also to note my car did not give me any issues in starting or in performance wise for me to go and get my plugs changed, I felt a very slight decrease in acceleration which made me put a Lexus injector cleaner which I had put in my gas tank a day before I did all these changes and it drastically lowered the car performance and I could smell gasoline only inside the car cabin. So I opted to get all this done with a proper dedicated garage who does this for almost all the car models here in UAE. The injectors were really dirty as well and they cleaned all 12 injectors along with throttle body cleaning which had a huge gunk of carbon around it. After everything was done the car feels much much smoother and pulls so much better and gas mileage has become better as well. Just wondering if anyone had done this to their IS as well and got any good results out of it ?
