Default IS350 Brake Setup on IS250 (Rear)

Yes, I am aware there are a handful of threads already on this but they are mainly on the 2is forums (yes I know it's essentially the same). My issue right now is that I need new rear calipers and I've been wanting the IS350 brake upgrade for my car and this is finally the opportunity to do so. With that in mind, I saw that most people do the IS350 front brake setup and leave the rear as IS250 brakes (calipers, rotors, pads). I'm effectively doing the opposite right now, I'm leaving the front as IS250 brakes and putting on IS350 brakes on the rear BUT within the next year or so I'm going to put 350 brakes on the front as well.
My questions are, is it even worth it to do the 350 brakes in the rear? or should I leave it as the IS250 ones?
Also, I haven't been able to find the part number for the rear dust shield for the IS350 and I'd much rather throw the correct dust shield on than just bending and cutting the IS250 ones. Does anyone have the part number for it?
Just to confirm, from what I read they bolt up directly but I'd appreciate it if anyone could confirm!

Please let me know if I'm missing anything!
