Picked up a '23 IS 350 AWD F Sport and have a coupl'a questions.
Do all ISs have Active Sound Control, mine does. Does anybody use it? Mine doesn't seem to make any sound, and even if it did, simulated engine noise seems pretty silly.
Also, what versions came with the Adaptive Variable Suspension, and the Sport S+ feature? Mine doesn't have it ...
Oh, Happy to meet you all!

As for the ASC, as far as I know, all 2021+ IS models have it. There is a little dial to the left of the steering wheel near the auto high-beam switch. You might want to check to see whether yours is turned off.
See the red rectangle below for the location.
As for Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), that's a different story. If you have Sport S+ mode and Custom mode in your mode selector, you have AVS. You'd need a Dynamic Handling Package or F Sport Handling car to get AVS.
Congrats on the IS! To check the ASC, try putting the transmission in manual mode and finding somewhere you can hold it in gear at modest rev's and try turning the dial up and down. You should be able to hear an increase in engine/exhaust sound. Not dramatic, but noticeable.
As noted above, for the 2023 model year IS350 would need the Handling Package to have AVS and S+ mode. In 2021-2022 this was part of the Dynamic Handling Package that also included the 19" BBS forged wheels, but those were removed for 2023 but available as a separate option.
