2016 IS 200t with 60k miles. I bought it used in 2018 with only 22K miles. About a month ago I noticed a crack starting from the rear-view mirror, down and towards the passenger side. Because of where it was, I didn't even notice it from the driver's seat as it was aligned with the rear-view mirror and only noticed it from the outside. I never heard a rock or anything hit it so I just assumed I missed hearing it. We had it repaired through insurance without issue. 3 weeks later, the crack is there AGAIN and It looks exactly like it did the first time. Could the rear-view mirror be the culprit? I have never won the lottery or anything so I doubt a rock hit it in the exact same spot as the first time if it was a rock so I have to believe that the rear-view mirror is the cause. Has this happened to anyone or know about it??
