hubcentric rings & spacer question

Default hubcentric rings & spacer question

so 3rd gen is' have a 60 bore and i'm close to buying my friends work wheels with a bore of 70. i want to run a 20mm spacer for flush fitment, how would i approach this? i assume its not as easy as just apply both

Well yah, it is. Just be exact, and don’t forget any “.1” that may be in those dimensions.

oh so I would just run a 60.1 spacer and put the ring between that and the wheel? i thought the little lip on the spacer would prevent that

The lip on the spacer should be mimicking the lip on hub to which you’ve attached the other side of the spacer.
The adapter ring needs to fit over that lip.
