i have a 2015 is350 and I ordered a tune from rr racing and instructions told me i had to update the mygenius device using my laptop and i did that. when i plug the device into my car it has me switch on and off my dash twice. after the third time the mygenius device doesnt respond at all. every couple of times after starting over, id get an error code saying abort mode . ive went back to update it again multiple times but still the same outcome. i already contacted rr racing but i want to know if anyone else encountered this
