Will these fit 2019 IS300 RWD Base?

 

Yes, I believe those will fit if the tires also fit. However, you need to be aware that these wheels are used with lug bolts instead of lug nuts on the 2021+ IS. You would need to make sure the lug nuts you use would work with these wheels.
