Question Lexus OEM Extended Warranty Question

I called the rep I purchased my Lexus factory extended warranty from and he is no longer working for this dealership. Before I get a possible incorrect answer or the runaround from a sales person, does any know if it's possible to extend an extended warranty? I still have 1 1/2 years before my current extended warranty expires and am way under the miles. I wanted to extended it from a 7 year /125K to a 10 year/125K.

The older your car gets, the more expensive the extended warranty will cost. Yes, it is probably possible, but they are going to jack you for it.
I highly do not recommend any extended warranty on a modern Lexus or Toyota. They are extremely reliable and rare need repairs that exceed the cost of the warranty. Studies over decades have shown most are never used and they are just money makers for the brand/dealer.

I had the option of extending the CPO warranty on my wife's 2016 NX200T. As stated above, it was expensive. Since the CPO could be extended, I would assume the original factory warranty could be as well.
