Default Throttle lag 21 is350

I have a 2021 is350 and recently it only happened 2 times. Any one ever has a throttle lag. Not those small ones but I was at a stop and was gonna switch over real quick and I pressed the gas all the way down and it would not move until 3 to 4 seconds later. Any one know what that could be

3 or 4 seconds? I was about to write that throttle lag is normal and expected in these cars, but 3 to 4 seconds is a long time. Typically there could be up to 0.5 seconds of lag when setting off.

I find it irritating when I’ve still got my left foot still slightly on the brake, and I hit the gas with my right, the damn thing sputters like it’s in limp mode, and takes a few seconds to recover. Been a two foot driver since my first cars in the sixties that required a foot on the gas while stopped to keep the car alive.
