Default Desperately Need Help with Throttle Body

Hey yall,

So i was on the dyno this past weekend and was finally able to see why my boost levels kept fluctuating. I have a GTE swapped 98 GS300 running the 4 speed aristo trans. AEM V2 dezod pnp kit. So my tuner and I checked and I cannot get to 100% full throttle. The most I could get was 75%. However, while going up in the RPM's, the throttle would start to close on its own down to 40% and sometimes 30%. I know the factory ecu controls the TB but what can I do to bypass all of this? I've been searching for hours for a solution. I tried the drift motion DBW delete kit and that sent the car into limp mode where my e-shift would not work and it limited my fuel pump. I have taken the DBW delete kit out and 12v wired the fuel pump.

I have a crazy idea of leaving the GTE tb bolted up and the throttle cable engaged but use a GE tb and just connect the electronics to see if this will bypass my problem.

Also, with the GTE tb unbolted and disconnected, when I rotate the throttle spring/flap/pulley, the butterfly does open 100%. I didn't think it was supposed to. Any ideas?
