Default 2008 is250 camshaft position sensor code PO348 help

Hi, thank you for any help in advance. I had an idle issue yesterday and brought to a friend he has a nice code reader. Here is what was only detected.my question is which sensor needs to be changed.

Called Lexus gave them my vin and they said I have 4 sensors. Is this correct? I’m questing bank 2 is right side of motor as you are looking at fire wall.

If there are 2 sensors on right side which one needs to be changed. Is the only one that needs to be changed the one by oil fill cap? Thanks again for any advise. I’m questing I’m going with Denso unless someone has another suggestion.

Bank 2 is the drivers side and the cam position sensor by the oil fill cap is sensor A. Sensor B is the one closer to the driver near the coil packs. If that is the only code you got then you should only need to change that sensor. Granted, right now i have a working sensor B but the wiring got messed up and it is throwing a code. Make sure you’re wiring for the plug looks fine and if so you should just need to change the sensor.
