Default HELP - Headlight Condensation -> Headlights Broken

Hey y'all, I know this is probably my fault, but I'm at the point now I need some help. My low and high beams on one side aren't turning on, and I assume it's due to this condensation that recently built up around it.

Any ideas on how to repair this? Will drying out the headlight fix it? Is the ballast fried and I just need a new ballast? Or must I get entirely new HIDs? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here are some pictures of the working side vs the not working side:

Needs to be replaced. You could try opening the headlight and sealing it again, but you might ruin the headlight and then have nothing.

Hard to say if you need a new ballast or more parts. High voltage electronics especially don't like water.

Ahh, so you're thinking I'm going to have to replace the whole HID? Since they're all $300+, I guess I may as well shell out for the VLAND ones that look kinda cool (https://www.ebay.com/itm/30456428561...mis&media=COPY)

I'm scared though, as I got the aftermarket bumper, and I remember it didn't fit perfectly because I have a 2013 and the auto shop I took it to glued parts of it on... Hoping that I can take off the bumper. Really wanted to avoid that.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm always leery of aftermarket. Others here have used the above units hopefully they see this thread.
