Need help TRC issues IS250

Need help TRC issues IS250
I’ve got a 2005 IS250 but I’ve had this issue ever since I bought the car, the TRC button doesn’t work, I’ve done research left, right and centre but I can never find any information on how to fix it, I’ve checked the wires and the fuses everything is fine, done the pedal dance all those other solutions but it never turns off, also the light indicating that the traction control is off never turns on, even when you start the car and all the lights switch on for a few seconds, if anyone’s had the same issue and experienced it and somehow solved it please let me know, it could be something small that I missed but I’ve spent ages trying to solve it.
