I have a 2009 IS 250. My issue is with Bluetooth. I get phone service but no BT audio.I was told that problem was fixed in 2010. Can I put a 2010 info center in my car? Also aux port works only on special occasions. Can anyone relate to my Bluetooth dilemma?

 

I've got nothing. 2013 release date and no issues with Android or iPhone.

Do you have Nav? If yes, go into Bluetooth settings and see if the compatible devices aligns with the specs on your phone.

There was a recent thread about cleaning contacts fixed someones issue. You could give it an alcohol swab, just don't get crazy and have the cotton tip get stuck in there.

 

The 2010 model year brought about many changes to the electronic features. The new Generation 6
system added the Audio Player pairing, greatly simplified the transfer of phone book entries from the phone
to the car, XMSirius tuner became standard and the (now discontinued) Safety Connect Telematics was added.
There is no provision for updated the head unit across Generations, but the head is pre-wired for the (now unavailable)
port or dealer installed Satellite tuner. Here is a link to a Crutchfield website listing for an (currently backordered) adapter.
You should try other vendors to get this type of connector for your tunes.
