i have a ML Nav is250 06

I have started another thread about my andriod replacment unit install. But before I update that I need to finalise the unit

im looking for a reverse trigger wire. I have run a new camera and just need to find a reverse detection wire.

can anyone shed light on where I can find, any wiring diagrams for a non-fibre optic ML Nav?

not much help reading through exisiting forums as most people needed a reverse wire don’t have a nav.

I preferably want to tap straight to the exisiting wires behind the headunit. But I’ve heard there is a trigger wire at our fuse box.

 

How my android stereo works is that it has a OBD2 connector which tells the stereo when the car is in reverse gear.

 

I’ve done one after marked nav the trigger for the reverse was actually the reverse lights, works like a charm.

 

holy ****, I literally connected all plugs except the OBD because I took the panel off for my dash cam wiring so I was gonna connect it later . I feel so stupid right now. Because I cut off my stock camera which was “meant to work” from supplier 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
