Default Non-VLAND light options

Hello, I am looking to upgrade the stock 08' IS' OEM HIDs--love the output just not the chrome housing. I've seen the VLANDs and it looks good but the durability and performance does not hold assurance based on some reviews. Introducing the China off brand '
JOLUNG JOLUNG
', does any one here have particular experience with these LED/non HID headlights? I am looking to retain/maintain/preserve the 6k HID output-like as much as possible. Voltage is 35w per headlight like the rest of the aftermarket VLANDS though this design is slightly different in the triple beam housing. Any shared information will be appreciated.. thanks in advance.

Common complaints with these aftermarket parts were;

-Low light output
-Fitting issues
-Housing seals not fully tight - water getting inside.
-LED light prematurely dies

But I think the only bottomline benefit is the looks. Price? I don't think it's worth the hassle. Not unless someone walks to my car and smash both headlights, they I will keep the OEM.

unless you are tearing the housing apart and retro fit better LEDs or hire someone to custom install better set of LEDs in the housing, other wise it's not worth it,

I've had the depo v2 headlights for a few months and am really happy with the upgrade

Not sure about any issues others may have had (water, failing leds?)

I'm not sure if you have the AFS auto leveling headlights (I didn't). You might have to remove the fuse or you'll have a dash light.

I think the OP is looking for a triple-beam look. @OP - there is one in our marketplace that is on sale right now. If you really need to replace your headlights, I'd strongly consider that.
